If you have Broadband (cable, DSL, or other high speed connection):

1. Click on the Broadband link for the video.

2. Windows Media Player should pop up automatically and the video will play after a few seconds. At the bottom of the player you will see the buffering % display until it reaches 100% and the video starts playing. Note that you will be able to jump forward and backward to different parts of the video only after the player has downloaded 100%.

If you have a dial-up connection:

1. Click on the Dial-up link for the video.
